Use For Blanching Vegetables

In Soups and Stews: Kangen water draws out the natural flavor of ingredients so they cook up tender and juicy. Therefore, seasonings 
such as salt and soy sauce are needed in smaller amounts. It is perfect 
for people trying to reduce their salt intake.

For removing the strong rawness of vegetables such as burdock: Remove the rawness from vegetables such as burdock, 
green onions, bamboo shoots, wasabi, flowering fern, etc

Using Acidic Water For Healthy Skin  is known to be beneficial in firming and toning the skin, and it is produced simultaneously with Kangen Water, exiting from the secondary hose. Acidic water, which is output when generating Kangen water, is recognized as having a firming effect on the skin.

As a disinfecting water for everyday life: Disinfecting Strong acidic water has extraordinary disinfecting properties.

 Electrolyzed Acidic Water was accepted for food product disinfections in June of 2002 in Japan. 

It is used to disinfect food items, washing and cleaning of food production facilities  among a wide number of other uses.

As a Daily Cleaning Solution: Pay attention to that is powerful disinfecting properties. Use this water as a safe means of general sanitation. Clean and disinfect in and around the kitchen, which is a breeding ground for germs. For a more powerful disinfecting effect, clean with strong Kangen water before using strong acidic water. Because of the strong acidity, metal that rusts easily should be wiped with a dry cloth.

For Cleaning Cutting Boards, Knives, and Wash Rags: It kills germs that are normally spread easily around your kitchen. Furthermore, you can increase the disinfecting effect by cleaning thoroughly with Strong Kangen Water before washing with Strong Acidic Water.
